Parks Edge Apartments offers affordable housing options through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This program provides quality housing at reduced rental rates for eligible low to moderate-income households.
Qualifications and Income Guidelines
INCOME LIMITS
To qualify for our affordable housing program, your household income must not exceed the following limits based on the number of people in your household:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
If you are interested in applying for one of our apartment homes, we require the following documents at the time of application. Each household may differ and could require additional documentation. Our team will contact you after your application is submitted if anything further is needed. Your timely response will help avoid delays.
